Dato' Tee Lian Eng
Dato' Tee, is an active practicing lawyer with more than 22 years and also the managing partner of Messrs. Tee & Teoh, an established legal firm that he incepted in 1999. The firm aspires to be the preferred, respected and professional legal firm in Asia and is committed to provide excellent, reliable and personalized legal service via their core values, i.e accountability, pursuit for excellence and innovation.
He started his career as full time litigator acting for banks in civil and corporate litigation. Currently, his practice primarily focuses on corporate and conveyancing. The practice is instrumental in structuring, advising and negotiating many notable bulk purchase transactions involving RM100 million. Dato’ Tee served in the Selangor Bar Conveyancing and Solicitors' Remuneration Enforcement Committee (SREC) Sub-Committee from 2008 to 2010 and has represented the Sub-committee in dialogues held with various land offices, stamping offices and other government agencies.
In addition, he is also an experienced real estate investor and entrepreneur, often appearing as a guest speaker and forum panelist for various real estate investment clubs and local radio stations. He contributed a number of articles for local newspapers and financial magazines. He is also appointed as legal consultant for public listed companies and local financial magazines.
