Miss Aliaa binti Junid was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitors in July 2010. Previously she was practising at firm Messrs Ng & Anuar (Alor Setar), Messrs Aliaa Fairuz Miza & Associates and Messrs Libb-Wei & Chong. Currently she is practising as a Legal Assistant at M/s Tee & Teoh branch office in Bandar Baru Seri Petaling.

AREAS OF WORK:-

CONVEYANCING – area of practice primarily handled sale and purchase agreement relating to sale and purchase (both residential and commercial properties) either direct sale from Developer, sub-sale or by way of auction for land/property between individuals/companies, perfection of transfer for land/property, refinancing of property and also other general conveyancing practices such tenancies and general agreement/joint venture agreement, etc. 

BANKING – Aliaa also provide advises & represented clients from individuals to various corporations on banking documentation (both Conventional and Islamic) in respect of housing/banking facilities/term loans/perfection of charge/perfection of transfer for a number of financier institution which included Public Bank Berhad, Malayan Banking Berhad , CIMB Bank Berhad, United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Berhad , Hong Leong Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, Ambank (M) Berhad and OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad.
